Woke this morning and it has rained, Karla not happy as she left a washing out overnight.
Yesterday was Carcassonne which was fascinating to visit, a true walled city where Robin, Prince of Thieves was filmed. Was very windy and overcast but the girls enjoyed pottering n the shops while I took some photos. Then we travelled back to Rivesaltes where we had a traditional French lunch of Big Mac, Happy Meal and Quarter Pounder with cheese courtesy of Monsieur McDonald.
A barbecue at night with steak and trout hitting the coals washed down by a very pleasant white wine.
Off to Barcelona today, but weather looking unsavoury over next few days with a lot of rain about. Hitting Aquarium today before checking into Apartments. Football in the balance tomorrow unless I can find ticket a decent price.
Will update later, as I think apartment has wifi.
